Mediation Professionals under the direction of Thomas Metcalf, utilizes and provides highly trained professional mediators with different backgrounds and experiences to insure the highest quality dispute resolution services available.

Each mediator maintains affiliation with professional organizations in their respective areas of expertise as well as in the field of dispute resolution.

All mediators have completed a graduate level academic course of study in dispute resolution from an accredited university or a minimum of one thousand hours of professional training in dispute resolution, far exceeding the forty hours required by the State of Texas. Each mediator is a degreed and experienced career professional.

Professions represented include Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Law, Psychology, Child Development, Human Resources, Insurance, Financial Planning, Construction, Higher Education, Marriage and Family Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Assessment and Counseling.

All mediators are members of the State Board of Texas, ADR Section, Texas Association of Mediators,
Academy of Family Mediators and the Southwest Dispute Resolution Network.
